The best service ever! My car fob died just as I was about to start a long distance trip early one morning. The owner tried to open the case, then searched YouTube and finally replaced the dead battery all for the low cost of the battery! He didn’t have to, but seeing I was desperate, he helped because he could. We’ve always come here for our hardware needs before, but after this experience, want to give a shout out for this neighborhood treasure. Thank you.

The nicest people ever. I love this store and I love everyone that works there. I went there 2x today and each time, I was blown away by how helpful people were. They seemed genuinely happy and even cut a piece of metal for my son's car part for free. I would have happily paid. They also copy keys. Everything is reasonably priced too. My new favorite store.

This store is amazing! I brought in a chair that needed a part and I had multiple staff helping me with my issue. They were extremely friendly and had a ton of nice inventory in the store too!

Amazing, friendly staff! I came in needing help securing something on my car, and they went above and beyond. They worked with the materials I already had, helped me buy only what I truly needed, and even took extra steps to make sure everything was secure. Their honesty and willingness to help—even when I just needed a better grip—really showed how much they value their customers. Highly recommend!

The shop did not try to further discuss an accident I had with a portable heater and replaced the damaged one. I shop here for a while (I am not a handyman)’and I always have amazing advices and service.

A wonderful woman working helped me find the screws and washers I needed in a matter of minutes, when I expected it to take a lot longer to sift through and find them myself.
